Fast cars under 10k?

Can anyone recommend me some good fast used cars under 10k? (I live in the UK)

Requirements are:

0-60mph in under 7.5 secs
10k budget (can stretch to 11k if necessary)
Insurance group 17 or lower
30mpg or more
Common enough that I can find one nearby second hand
So far on the list I have:
