This is how they work:They claim that they are an umbrella company, dealing with cars gained from criminal activity etc, that’s why the cars are securely held and shipped directly to you.Their invoice quotes a UK car company – and a net search IDs as being register within companies house. A Google search shows positive chat site comments listed on page 1. They post fictitious positive reviews around the internet, like the one above. They use UK bank accounts for the transfer – however once the money has been transferred you have no chance what so ever of getting your money back. The banks cannot recover money once the transfer is complete. They use online chat to confirm with you that the vehicle has been HPI checked (lost, stolen etc) and at that stage they log your IP address, which they later divert to a registered UK car company once they have your money.I srongly recommend that people use credit card or PayPal to protect themselves from scammers as you will find that they will not take you on either option, which should trigger alarm bells.NEVER use bank transfer – your money is not guaranteed. You will also need to have jumper cables available for any "Good Samaritan" that comes along and is willing to help start your car.
